Josh Silverman

Biografía: Josh Silverman is a member of Cohen & Steers Private Real Estate Group, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing acquisitions of real estate assets across retail, office, multifamily and other sectors. He has 10 years of experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Silverman was a Vice President at Northwood Investors, where he worked in a similar capacity. Before that, he was an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Silverman has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS from Duke University and is based in New York.
