Josh Silverman

Biografía: Joshua Silverman is a member of Cohen & Steers Private Real Estate Group, where he focuses on real estate acquisitions. He has 10 years of experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Silverman was a vice president at Northwood Investors, responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing acquisitions of real estate assets in the office, multifamily, retail and hospitality sectors. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Silverman has a BS from Duke University and is based in New York.
