Biographie : As CEO of CitiSculpt, a leading commercial real estate development and Opportunity Zone consulting firm, I take pride in our mission to improve lives and shape communities by creating impactful, mixed-use environments. With over 35 years of experience as an owner, representative, investor, and advocate in all types of real estate, my companies and I have developed a wide variety of projects with values exceeding $1.5 billion. The CitiSculpt team has been dedicated to developing critical infrastructure, impact housing, and build to suit office, among others, over the past 35 years. Our executives and directors, with over 200 years of combined real estate experience and billions of dollars in investment activity, are a diverse group of market leaders in thought, product, and actions. Most recently, CitiSculpt has become an advocate and active manager and facilitator in the Opportunity Zone program.The program has allowed our team to establish Funds that will provide economic growth through the creation of new jobs and housing nationwide. We have also identified a unique opportunity to use the OZ program to identify impactful investments to address core infrastructural needs of municipalities throughout the United States. To date, we have a pipeline of more than $750 million in Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds Southern Apartment Group, a CitiSculpt subsidiary and leader in workforce housing, has adopted a unique business model that utilizes the Opportunity Zone program to target those critical markets. These areas are just outside of highly populated cities where major employment centers are beginning to expand and the need for quality and affordable workforce housing increases.
