Muriel Bryan Ramirez

Biographie : With over 10 years of work experience in Urban Planning and Architecture, I am currently the Assistant Director of Development Services at the Town of Lauderdale By The Sea, where I oversee the planning, zoning, building, and code compliance functions. I have a Master's degree in Architecture from FIU, and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from FAU, where I also completed certificates in CPTED, GIS and Florida Redevelopment Association. I am passionate about creating sustainable and livable communities, and I have a strong knowledge of the local codes, ordinances, and regulations that govern the development process. I am a collaborative and supportive leader, who values diversity, innovation, and excellence in my team and organization. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to enhance the quality of life and service for the residents and visitors of LBTS. As if this wasn't enough, I have most recently started my real estate career with hope of developing a full service business providing all services from inception, to securing a location venue to design and renovation through to permitting and construction.
