Elaine Aye

Biography: I am a long-time sustainability consultant and strategist focused on building performance, wellness, equity and resiliency. My passion is to move organizations towards a more sustainable future, helping achieve performance and social responsibility goals such as ESG. I listen to diverse stakeholder groups with an intuitive ear, discerning their challenges, facilitates corporate visioning sessions, and develops plans and protocols to implement strategies for desired outcomes. I am a strategic thinker and engaging communicator, my approach to facilitating project teams results in long-term client success – whether that means achieving certification, educating staff, or decarbonization strategies and climate change. Driven by a desire to protect the environment, I hope to address critical issues facing the built environment – addressing decarbonization, climate change and ESG outcomes for the clients that we work with. I currently serve as a ULI Member and on the WLI Committee and am on the Board of Directors for the Portland Streetcar Alliance, Lloyd EcoDistrict and the Green Sports Alliance. My outside passions include, hiking, biking, kayaking, spending time with family & friends. I also have an emerging art business called Daggett Studios.
