Tyler Arbogast
Biography: Tyler Arbogast and his team work to create more affordable housing options in the City of Fort Worth through the acquisition (rehab) or new construction of mixed-income residential communities with roles in project management, land planning, underwriting, due diligence, infrastructure planning, entitlements, financial analysis & budgeting, construction, and compliance. Tyler has more than 15 years’ experience tackling complex real estate issues as a development consultant and owner’s manager / director on projects big & small; from master-planned communities to infill boutique multi-family. A member of the Urban Land Institute, Tyler formerly served the North Texas District Council of ULI as Treasurer and then as Chair of the Young Leaders Group. He is also active within the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, formerly serving as Chair of the Young Leaders Council. Currently, Tyler serves as a board member of Tarrant Transit Alliance. Tyler is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas and a LEED AP. Tyler graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies.
