Biography: Elena brings 22 years of experience as an interior designer and project manager, weaving design strategy into a comprehensive framework of client relations, change management, workplace strategy and branded environments. Managing both corporate/commercial and housing/hospitality projects allows her to share her expertise with design teams across the sectors. She has demonstrated strong leadership skills throughout her career; she easily connects to people and has a particular talent for building and motivating strong teams. Her breadth of workplace experience is national in scope ranging from corporate headquarters to tech start-up spaces and from asset re-positioning to immersive branded environments.
