Linda Congleton

Biography: Linda S. Congleton, Principal of LCA, has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. She holds an MBA degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Her memberships include: the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to forming her own company in 1984, Congleton managed the Newport Beach office of Robert Charles Lesser & Co., a national real estate consulting firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. She has taught a real estate microcomputer course she developed at UCLA since 1983, and she is an instructor at University of California Irvine+s Graduate School of Urban & Regional Planning. Before entering the consulting field, Congleton was active in real estate project management for a large commercial/residential development company. LCA is committed to defensible market research techniques that produce workable solutions for clients.
