Brad Dinerstein

Biography: Brad has been directly involved in the design and construction of over 10,000 multi-family units in multiple markets throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and the Southeastern United States. Brad’s primary responsibilities include overseeing TDC’s newly formed Single Family Build to Rent (BTR) division with a particular emphasis on Colorado, Texas, and Florida BTR development. Brad is a licensed contractor in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, Arkansas, and Florida as well as a LEED AP with the US Green Building Council. A graduate of The University of Georgia, Brad began his career working in construction management with Atlanta based Perennial Properties.
