Biography:

David Egan is a Senior Vice President at Stockbridge Capital and is the co-portfolio manager of the Niche Logistics Fund Mr. Egan has more than 17 years of real estate industry experience and is widely revered as an expert in capital markets and industrial supply chain fundamentals. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Mr. Egan served as Global Head of Industrial Research and the Head of Strategy and Consulting for CBRE Industrial Capital Markets and was a member of CBRE National Partners, the leading industrial investment sales team in the country, where he focused on developing and offering strategic investment advice to institutional investors. While with National Partners, he advised on over $30 billion of industrial transactions which included several of the largest portfolios sold in the United States. Mr. Egan received a B.A. in Classical Humanities from Georgetown University and a M.B.A. in real estate and finance from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
