He has twelve years of experience managing more than $1 billion in projects delivered throughout the U.S. His experience and comprehensive expertise provide Mr. Ferrari the ability to provide end-to-end consulting and representation on projects of any type and size. Since joining CSRS in 2009, Mr. Ferrari has established a consistent track record of success that goes beyond the fundamentals of management, to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE Development Advisor CSRS, INC LSU Foundation Nicholson Gateway Development Baton Rouge, LA 2015 – Present Mr. Ferrari provides development advisory services to the LSU Foundation and the University for the Nicholson Gateway Development. The project value is approximately $177 million and comprised of 28 contiguous acres. The development will consist of 1,670 new student apartments, 40,000 square feet of new retail space, structured parking, and redevelopment of adjacent campus grounds. Services provided by CSRS to the Foundation fall into the three following segments: Pre-Development Mr. Ferrari conducted stakeholder meetings, reviewed and assessed existing University planning documentation, conducted and verified market research. He also reviewed comprehensive financial models, tested capital costs and phasing and project structure scenarios, analyzed funding strategies, and pre-qualified developers.
