Biography: Passionate about urban development, I've masterfully combined planning, innovation, and sustainability to reshape cityscapes. With over 6 years in the development and planning industry, I've led transformative development projects delivering 1000+ units, from land adquisition to construction and occupancy, both in Colombia and Canada. I hold a Postgraduate Degree in Applied (Community) Planning from Langara College, where I gained knowledge of urban planning concepts and the B.C Local Government Act. I also have a Mast in Project Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, where I developed analytical, managerial, and engineering skills. I am passionate about creating sustainable and livable communities, and I am always eager to learn new trends and best practices in the field.
