Faron Hill
Biography: Faron A. Hill, president of Peregrine Oak, is a commercial real estate executive specializing in capital markets placement and advisory services. Known for his strategic insight and transactional expertise, he advises institutional and private clients on various asset classes, including office, industrial, multifamily, lodging, and mixed-use properties. The firm actively seeks to solve complex problems in markets across the United States. Faron holds an MBA from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University and the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, earning his undergraduate degree from Troy University. Faron currently serves on the Advisor Board of the Atlanta District Council and is a founding member of the Atlanta Capital Markets Council (CMC) in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. In addition to being a member of the Technology and Real Estate (TREC) Product Council. A current Global Governing Trustee, Faron is a past Chair of the ULI Foundation Board and a Governor.
