Biography: Miller M. Harper Company: East West Partners Location: Charleston, South Carolina Position: Managing Partner Responsibilities Miller is the Managing Partner for East West Partners office in Charleston, South Carolina. He manages all facets of the development process including site selection, acquisition, entitlements, finance, design, marketing, sales, construction and investor relations. Background Miller began his Real Estate career working with a resort development company in Myrtle Beach, SC. He moved to Beaver Creek, Colorado in 2004 to work for East West Partners in the corporate headquarters. While in Beaver Creek he worked on the Village Walk, Horizon Pass, Beaver Creek Landing & Manor Vail projects which total revenues exceeded $250M. He, his wife Shipley & daughter Croft, moved back home to the coast of South Carolina to manage all facets of the East West Partner’s South Carolina Operations. Upon returning to Charleston, he led the repositioning and sell-out of a $45 Million broken luxury condominium development. More recently, he and his team have commenced construction on a new $50M waterfront condominium project along the Charleston Waterfront. East West Partners also owns and is in the planning stages of several parcels of land in Charleston’s historic district. Education Miller holds a bachelor of science in Finance from Wofford College. He also holds a Real Estate Sales License in South Carolina and has been a young professional member of the Urban Land Institute since 2008.
