Barry Karpay

Biography: Barry created Karpay Diem Land, LLC, a consulting business working with national homebuilders in April 2021. Drawing from over 47 years of homebuilding, land acquisition and development experience, he advises clients on site selection, due diligence, land planning, entry and amenity design. Barry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies from the University of Florida. He served on many committees as a member the Tampa Bay Builders Association. He is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute and served as District Council Chair. Nationally, he is a member of the CDC Black- Master Planned Community Council. Since 1999 he has served as a board member of Weinberg Village, an assisted living facility in Tampa.
