Biography:

9/11 Chris has been a member of US executive team for Oxford Properties since 2012 and also has primary responsibility for oversight of the US Office sector. After graduate school, Chris worked as a development project manager for Trammell Crow Company in Washington, DC. In 1991, Chris joined Equity Office Properties Trust. Chris was instrumental in guiding the firm's dramatic growth, overseeing the Eastern US portfolio, which grew to over 55 million square feet. Chris was later named EVP - Strategic Planning and Operations and oversaw the company's portfolio management group and was a member of EOP's Executive Management Committee until his departure in 2004. Chris then served as Chief Investment Officer at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust from 2005-2006 and, subsequently worked as a managing principal for Rubenstein Partners leading investments in Washington DC area until 2012. Chris graduated from Boston University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1987 he graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania earning his M.B.A. in Finance.
