Biography: Gencom –Senior Vice President, Development / Managing Director for Latin America Miami, FL June 2017 - Present • Oversee the turnaround and management of Peninsula Papagayo, a 1,400 acre luxury master planned resort community in Costa Rica which includes: a 189-unit Four Seasons Resort, a 153-unit Hyatt Andaz, an 18-hole world renowned golf course and clubhouse, a luxury beach club, a 180-slip marina, and a variety of residential home sites and development parcels. o In the first 18 months I led a $60M transformational investment into the property, including a comprehensive renovation of the Four Seasons Resort (ranked as the only 5-star Forbes resort in Central and South America) • Source new development deals in Latin America, with a focus on luxury hospitality and residential. Once an opportunity has been identified, I will lead a team to underwrite, analyze, and negotiate with the several parties in order to move forward with a venture.
