Paul Oliveri

Biography: Mr. Oliveri is a Managing Director in the New York office and focuses on investment sourcing, credit and underwriting analysis, due diligence and investment closing. Prior to joining Prime Finance, Mr. Oliveri was an Assistant Vice President within MUFG Bank’s Real Estate Industries Group. During his four years at MUFG Bank, he focused on structuring, underwriting, closing and performing due diligence on various transactions ranging in size from $50 to $200 million. Mr. Oliveri later joined the workout group to manage non-performing loans, working to maximize the bank’s recovery through restructurings, foreclosure and property management. Mr. Oliveri graduated with honors from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance and has an M.S. in Real Estate, Finance & Investment from New York University.
