Brian Ristich

Biography: Brian is the Director of Construction at Conwest Group of Companies where he oversees constructi0n of all civil infrastructure, industrial, commercial and residential developments – including purpose built rental and social purpose real estate. Brian and his team are currently constructing some of the most forward-thinking real estate development projects in Metro Vancouver including Ironworks – one of the region’s first multi-level industrial projects in East Vancouver as well as Houss, a multi-level strata industrial complex with heritage restoration component. A graduate from BCIT in the early 1990s, Brian has had an incredibly successful and illustrious career working at some of Vancouver’s most prominent owner-builders and general contractors including Beedie, Jacob Brothers, Lark Group and Stuart Olson. He has been part of an extensive list of outstanding projects in various asset classes and housing types and will speak to us about lessons learn through his career and where he sees the Construction industry headed.
