Claire Sandig

Biography: Claire is a leader in real estate transactions and strategy, with over 9 years experience across commercial, industrial, residential, seniors living, student accommodation and alternative asset classes. Claire is responsible for managing projects from strategy through to implementation, including asset and portfolio reviews, transaction management, lease structuring and tenant representation. Throughout her career she has worked on national on and off market transactions for ASX listed and global corporates, government, sovereign wealth funds, private high net worths and not-for-profit organisations. Claire is the Chair of the ULI Australia Young Leaders Group (YLG) and actively promotes and mentors young professionals to achieve their career aspirations through networking, events and engagement with the ULI global community. Claire is responsible for the YLG strategy and alignment with the wider ULI network and real estate industry. Claire holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
