Biography:
Jeremy Sharpe is the President of Sharpe Development Group and the Managing Partner of the award-winning master-planned community, Rancho Sahuarita (located in Southern Arizona).  Sharpe Development Group stems from a multigenerational family operation spanning four-decades, focused on the development and management of real estate investments and projects. These include masterplan communities, land development, commercial investments and community management. Sharpe is passionate about furthering sustainable land use and building impactful places. As an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), e, he had previously been involved in the National Programming Committee and on leadership for Leadership for Community Development Council – Green Flight. Sharpe was named one of Urban Land Magazine’s 2016, 40 under 40 Global Business Leaders. Sharpe speaks frequently at national conferences about real estate and community development. He is also a member of Young Presidents Organization, Mosaic United Integrated, Jeremy serves as a board member for the Banner Health Foundation and the Southern Arizona Homebuilders Association. He is engaged in the Southern Arizona Leadership Council and Sun Corridor Inc. Jeremy enjoys spending time with Lexy and their two children, Robbie and Talia. They reside in Tucson, Arizona.
