Randall Sakamoto

Biography: Randall Sakamoto joined Rosen Consulting Group in 2006 and is President and Director of Research. Randall is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations, including the delivery of strategic advisory services to clients and business development. He has several decades of experience in real estate research, consulting and advisory services. Prior to joining the firm, Randall was Assistant Director of Research Services at Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc. His experience also includes a position as Research Manager with CoStar Group. Randall received a dual B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. He is on the board of directors of Community Education Partnerships. Randall holds the CRE designation and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAREIT, MBA and NABE.
