STEPHEN W. VAN DUSEN (San Francisco) Stephen W. Van Dusen is a Managing Director of Eastdil Secured, LLC. Stephen joined the firm in 1999 following graduation from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. He is an active member of NAIOP and IOPC Council Member of ULI. Since 2010, Mr. Van Dusen has been involved in excess of $55 billion in financing, sale, financial advisory and joint venture transactions. Stephen is one of the senior partners spearheading the firm’s activities in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Notable transactions completed include: i) San Francisco: Blackstone/EOP Portfolio, One Market, Ferry Building, Salesforce Tower and 101 California; ii) Silicon Valley/Peninsula: Blackstone/EOP & HPP Portfolio, Pacific Shores, Mission Towers and University Circle; iii) Pacific Northwest: 400 Fairview, 1201 Third, Key Center, Columbia Center, Second & Seneca, Skyline Tower, US Bancorp Tower and 4th & Madison.
