Greg Willett
Biography: Greg Willett spearheads research for Institutional Property Advisors, weaving an array of economic, demographic and multifamily asset performance data with meaningful market nuances in order to assist institutional and private investors as they form and execute successful business strategies. Greg is well versed on market fundamentals and activity nationally, by metro, and in individual neighborhoods. His commentary is featured in U.S. and local media and in numerous news and information sources focused specifically on the real estate and housing markets. Willett is active in organizations such as the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute and the National Apartment Association. Greg began his tenure in the multifamily industry as a data analyst and later served as a research consultant specializing in feasibility evaluations of apartment property development and existing community acquisition. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
