Biography: Responsible for leading the development management team in executing Forum’s ground up multifamily development platform across multiple markets, including site selection, land acquisition and contract negotiation, underwriting, investment committee approvals, design and entitlements management, capitalization, investor reporting and collaboration with both the construction management team and the asset management team to open and stabilize Forum’s development assets on time and on budget. Lead the team’s processes and reporting structures to ensure consistency in performance across project teams. Serves on the Forum’s Investment Committee and Executive Leadership Team to help inform investment strategy and execute company goals.
