Report Summary: The City of West Palm Beach established the Clearlake District (CLD) as part of the Downtown Master Plan. The District, which is bounded by 1st Street and Okeechobee Blvd to the north and south respectively, and by the Tri-Rail railroad tracks and Australian Avenue to the east and west respectively, is characterized by a mixture of high-rise office and residential buildings.
